During the summer, augzoo had the honor of being invited by Capital Factory to participate in the Building Futures Event at Tech Port SA, now known as the Boeing Center at Tech Port. This event marked Capital Factory’s first foray into augmented reality, and augzoo seized the opportunity to showcase their expertise and connect with the vibrant San Antonio tech community.
At the entrance of Tech Port SA, augzoo strategically placed 2D digital content, including robots, Capital Factory’s iconic “Center of Gravity” mural, and the Capital Factory logo. These immersive digital elements created an engaging and visually captivating experience for event attendees, leaving a lasting impression of augzoo’s capabilities and creativity.
The Building Futures 2022 event, held on August 11, aimed to highlight San Antonio as a global hub of tech innovation. It served as both a showcase of local innovations and a fundraising initiative to support educational programs that empower students in the community. The event brought together industry leaders, educators, and philanthropists, fostering collaboration and inspiring the next generation of talent.
Additionally, the event provided an exclusive preview of the new San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology (SAMSAT) space, allowing guests to experience the venue’s dining and entertainment offerings. By participating in this event, augzoo not only demonstrated their commitment to preparing future talent but also had the chance to contribute to the growth of life-changing educational programs in partnership with the Kelly Heritage Foundation.
