We’re excited to share that The Daily Texan has featured East: Sun-Rise AR Intervention (East ARI) in a recent article, highlighting its impact on preserving East Austin’s Black and brown histories through augmented reality. Created by Adrian Aguilera in collaboration with Augzoo®, East ARI overlays archival photographs and historical narratives onto 11 sites of memory across East Austin, allowing users to engage with the past in a dynamic, immersive way.
